Registration Fee
(Payable to the John
Muir Academy)
Registration fees may be paid for with local district Staff
Development Funds, Title I Funds, Title II Finds, NCLB Funds or
Special Education Funds. Please check with your
Administrator for availability of district fund.
Registration Fee includes workshop, materials, tours,
continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.

(Includes a nonrefundable $50 fee) |

Registrations received after June 15, 2008: $375 |

Registrations received seven days before OR on the day
of the Academy: $400 |
 |
No refunds will be given for cancellations the week
before the Academy or for "no shows"

Credit Options
(Payable to either Viterbo University or Edgewood College)
If you
are interested in taking a workshop for credit, see the options
listed below. Payment for credit can be sent directly to
Viterbo University or Edgewood College prior to the start of the
Academy or paid on the first day of the Academy. This
amount is in addition to the John Muir Registration Fee.
The John Muir Registration Fee should be made payable to John
Muir Academy.
