Dr. Eric P. Hartwig
STRANGE DAYS: CONFESSIONS OF AN AGING ROCK STAR
It seems we have become frustrated
by the growing demands and
proportion of our work, often trying
to do too much under inadequate
circumstances. The dizzying
array of additional responsibilities
can be very frustrating to even the
most experienced, but the conflict
and discontent that often results
can be the engine for change.
That requires self-reflection and
introspection. Need a lesson
in how to reconnect to the reason
you first became an educator?
Dr. Hartwig, in a surprising rock
star performance, presents a
relentless review of where we've
been and where we're going in
education.
Eric P. Hartwig, Ph.D. received his
doctorate in Educational
Administration from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison, a M.S. in
School Psychology and a B.S. in
Psychology from the University of
Wisconsin-La Crosse. He is
experienced and licensed as a
Director of Pupil Services, District
Administrator and a School
Psychologist. Presently, he is
the Administrator of Pupil Services
for the Marathon County Children
with Disabilities Education Board
and is the author and principle
trainer on the Just-in-Time :
Behavioral Initiative Project.
A three-day workshop on the
Just-in-Time: Behavioral Initiative
Project (GGA10 ~ 12) is available
Monday through Wednesday of the
Academy. Dr. Hartwig has done
extensive research on discipline,
school violence, psycho-educational
assessment and related special
education issues.
