Are you finding it harder to keep up
with the increasing challenges of
being an educator? Or life in

healthful and enjoyable balance.

stress reduction, health
improvement, and overall well-being.
A synthesis of research in such
fields as stress management, human
resiliency, wellness, martial arts,
exercise physiology,
psychoneuroimmunology, the brain
sciences, neurofeedback, and more
calm, energized, and balanced
approach to living and learning.
This course covers recent research
and - most importantly to
educators - practical and effective
application. You'll learn many
techniques for immediate use in both
your personal life and the
professional/classroom setting.
