ELEMENTARY MATHEMATICS

This is a course that is designed to
provide participants with the
opportunity to study and practice
the use of best practices for
mathematics instruction in their
classrooms. Participants will
be expected to design and present a
unit or extended lesson which
includes the use of these best
practices with their students.
Using collegial teams, participants
will evaluate their success in
improving student mathematical
understanding.
