SPANISH FOR EDUCATORS - LEVEL II

CREDIT: 1, 2, or 3
Spanish for Educators Level II is
designed to be a continuation of the
Level I course taught last summer.
A review of the material learned
last summer will then be expanded
upon to discuss academic and
behavioral issues in the classroom
with non-native English speaking
students. Participants will be
writing and speaking in more complex
sentences and descriptors in
addition to learning how to mentor
non-English speaking families and
help them become more acclimated in
the educational setting.
Conversational skits or simulations,
work appropriate letters and games
will be part of the coursework.
This course is open to all teachers
interested in expanding their
knowledge of Spanish-speaking
students & families. You did
NOT have to attend the Level
I section last summer to
attend this course.
