More and more teachers in Wisconsin
are learning how to energize their
teaching and grow professionally
through the National Board
Certification process. The
state of Wisconsin grants stipends
and rewards for teachers who have
this certification, and National
Board Certification is one path to
the Master Educator license as part
of the new PI-34 licensing system.
Find out what National Board
Certification is all about and learn
the skills teachers need to succeed
in this process.
Upon completion of this course,
participants will be able to:

their practice; |

Document student leaning the
their classroom; |

Begin the National Board
process with confidence; and

new PI-34 licensing law in
promoting student academic
achievement through
collaboration and teamwork. |
Participants will be assessed
through informal class discussion
and a written paper which directly
relates to the National Board
standards and exercises. For
those teachers who which to earn
graduate credit, a follow-up
assignment, which directly relates
to their teaching, will be required.
