course is based on the book, Teacher
Evaluation: To Enhance Professional
Practice by Charlotte Danielson.
Bruce has been trained by ETS and
attended many Danielson training
programs. He has 12 years of
practical application and
implication skills in this model and
data gathering processes that make
the program a systemic change model
for our instructional delivery
system. The Charlotte
Danielson model provides a continuum
of professional practice based on
research of successful teaching
methods.
