Harcourt Mathletics is an after school, intensive intervention program for grades 1-5 that helps teachers accelerate the mathematical achievement of all students.  The program provides carefully sequenced, direct instruction lessons that enable a student to build success with targeted skills.

The lessons are reinforced with additional options for practice - including games, computer activities, and daily problem solving.  Teachers will learn strategies to help them successfully implement this program in the after school setting.

For participants who are interested, a third day (Friday, June 27) will be allocated to provide an opportunity to begin planning for students to enable after school programming to beginning early in September.  Student selection/recruitment using available data will enable teachers to identify students who could benefit from these programs.
