DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING
INSTRUCTOR(S):
Judy Schultz, West
Bend School District
GRADE LEVEL: K-12
CREDIT: 3
Participants will study and
understand the elements of good
instructional practice. The
components of differentiated
instruction, including readiness,
content, process, and product will
be explored. Educators will
devise, implement and evaluate
instructional strategies for
academically diverse students within
an inclusive classroom using three
essential questions that guide
cognition and met cognition: knowing
what we want students to learn,
knowing if they have learned it, and
ensuring they will learn it using
research-based practices.
Lastly, participants will address
individual and collective efficacy
and its impact on student learning.
