Participants will spend the week learning
how to craft writing lessons using the 6+1
Traits method of teaching writing. All
aspects of writing will be covered, as well
as how to reach the reluctant writer.
Participants will write themselves, and keep
a daily journal for the week. A wide variety
of the newest and best titles in children's
literature will be available for use in
writing lessons, as well as enjoyment. If
teaching writing has been a chore, when you
finish this workshop, you will be equipped
to teach it with enthusiasm and confidence -
guaranteed!
